Shipping policy

Manufacturing

All orders are processed and manufactured as soon as possible. We run different size products on different days of the week and therefore on rare occasions, it may take up to 10 days before your order is ready. Normal production times are 1-6 days from the time we receive and process the order.

Collection

We require a minimum of 2 hours’ notice of your intended pickup time. This is to ensure there are no delays once you arrive.

It is the customers responsibility to arrive with an appropriate trailer, truck or vehicle/method for collection.

Panel Kings takes no responsibility for any damage to the customers vehicle or trailer whilst loading - Loading is at the customers direction and risk.

Delivery

If you have selected the metro delivery option (ute), we will arrange for delivery as soon as possible and confirm a time with you. The standard Ute delivery cost is based on 25km from our depot and assumes that your order will fit. If there are issues with oversize orders, you will be contacted with further options for delivery. These options may include (but are not limited to) a refund of the delivery cost (you will need to collect the order) or a price for the cost difference to a larger truck or HIAB.

If you are unsure what delivery will cost whilst placing your order, please select ‘local delivery’ and contact us. Our team can provide you with a range of other options.

Unloading is the customers responsibility. Please ensure you have a minimum of 2 people available to assist or a lifting aid such as a forklift.

We can also send out your order using crane trucks (HIABS) if required. Please contact our team for a quote.

Insurance

Any insurance is the responsibility of the customer. The customer takes all responsibility of their order/goods from the time the order is started to be loaded.

Collection times are as follows;

Monday 7:00am – 2:30pm

Tuesday 7:00am – 2:30pm

Wednesday 7:00am – 2:30pm

Thursday 7:00am – 2:30pm

Friday 7:00am – 11:30am

Saturday - Closed

Sunday - Closed

We are Closed on Public Holidays
