Refund policy

Damage
Please inspect your order prior to loading at our depot. Any defects or issues must be reported to us immediately and before the order is loaded. Any reports of damage once the goods have left our premises will not be addressed.

Exchanges & Refunds
We run all panel and goods specifically to order. This means that we are generally unable to accept exchanges and refunds. If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to assist where possible.

Warranty

Our EPS-FR panels come with a standard 10 year structural warranty. This warranty requires that appropriate maintenance is carried out to protect the panels entirely from debris penetration, scratches, holes and/or moisture and rust.
